Payment/Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to change your enrollment, please contact your representative no later than ten (10) working days prior to class date, otherwise, you will be counted as an attending student, and will need to schedule a re-take. No-Shows will be charged in full. If Directions Training Center cancels a class for which you are registered, a representative will contact you at least five (5) working days before the class to reschedule to another date. Fees may be charged for course cancellations.
Please note: All class registrations must be paid in full prior to class date. If you would like to pay by invoice, we would require a Purchase order number with net 30 terms. Track purchases and Membership Programs reflect discounted pricing, and any refund requests will be based on retail price for courses already taken. In certain states under certain conditions, taxes may apply. |
